Assists with program projects, including GroundBreakers (Young, Beginning and Small Farmers Program).
Researches programs and practices of other Farm Credit associations and financial institutions.
Reviews written reports for applicable federal programs within USDA, FSA, etc. Summarizes program details and criteria and determines if Compeer is using them.
Analyzes the FCA YBS Annual Report against Compeer results.

Requirements

Working towards completion of bachelor's or associate's degree in agricultural business, business administration, finance, economics, or data science.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications.
Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Solid organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills, and time management required.
Detail oriented, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

Actual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands. The hourly rate range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Base Pay

$19—$20 USD
