  • Partner with C-suite executives and senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • Work closely with engineering and technology leaders to understand technical dependencies, architecture considerations, integrations, APIs, data flows, platforms, and delivery constraints and own the strategic upward communication of these decisions to the executive team.

  • Drive alignment between business objectives and technology execution without requiring hands-on engineering expertise.

  • Lead transformation and modernization initiatives involving e-commerce platforms, digital experiences, media/content platforms, data and analytics, personalization, CRM, advertising technology, and emerging technologies including AI.

  • Anticipate risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively escalate issues requiring executive decisions.

  • Establish success metrics and use data to measure program performance, business outcomes, customer impact, and ROI.

  • Own and drive the communication layer between cross-functional tactical teams and the C-Suite separating the signals from the noise to keep all teams driving toward the same mission of maximizing business impact.

  • Drive accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams and departments.

  • 10+ years of program management, strategic operations, product operations, or related experience.

  • Significant experience in e-commerce, digital media, technology, or consumer-facing digital businesses.

  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs with executive visibility.

  • Strong understanding of digital commerce and media ecosystems, including customer journeys, digital platforms, content, monetization, marketplaces, advertising, and/or subscription businesses.
