Responsibilities

→Plan and organize service requests, utilizing agency action plans to meet target dates and production goals.
→Develop and deliver health and safety training, adapting materials to agency needs and delivering sessions in-person or via webinar.
→Conduct assessments, audits, and incident investigations in line with safety programs and agency policies.
→Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and provide recommendations for injury data and trend analysis.
→Support injury/illness prevention, safety, industrial hygiene, and AIPP compliance.
→Work independently to provide on-site health and safety support, transferring knowledge to agency personnel.
→Collaborate in a team environment, understanding and adapting to client needs, building strong relationships, and promoting a safety culture.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong assessment, verbal, and written communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check

Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Extended period of working via computer | Sitting for extended periods of time

Minimum 5 years of Occupational Health and Safety experience is required

Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline
