Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Senior Project Manager (Delivery / Business Development) at Contiamo, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client engagements. This exciting and challenging role encompasses many different aspects and responsibilities, sitting at the intersection of business and tech, client and internal teams.
Here's what you'll be doing**:**
- →Drive Client Management: Build and nurture client relationships to gain a deep understanding of their business challenges.
- →Identify Business Opportunities: Support our business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to the acquisition of new projects.
- →Lead Technical Projects: Manage a diverse portfolio of projects, guiding their development from an initial idea to solution design, implementation, and roll-out.
- →Drive Architectural Discussions: Guide clients through their digital transformation journeys by leveraging your solid understanding of IT landscapes, system design principles, and software application solutions.

Here at Contiamo, we believe you'll be most successful in this role because you care deeply about the customer. You have been responsible for client accounts and led a variety of technical projects. You know how to blend practical skills with flexibility, thoughtful communication, and timely execution. While you may not have meet all the qualifications listed below, you possess a majority of the following skills:
- Self-driven and curious, with a keen interest in learning and staying up to date with the latest trends in data and technology.
- Proven history of building, managing, and maintaining long-term client relationships, with a robust background in project and team management in complex software projects.
- Outstanding communication skills and excel at building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience working in consulting or similar settings where client focus and fast-paced work are the norms.
- Adept at identifying client requirements and supporting business development efforts by creating suitable offers.
- Ability to create effective solution designs and draft feasible projects, and can communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, including the use and integration of LLMs in corporate processes.
- Currently live in Germany or are considering a move to Berlin.
- Native German speaker (this is a hard requirement of the job)
What We Offer

- Experience assessment call in German (round 1; length: 45-60)
- Business assessment; prepare a presentation on a certain topic (round 2; length: 75)
- Meet the Team / Communication assessment (round: 3; length: 120; in-person preferred)
Salary Range: 80,000 - 110,000 EUR
