Responsibilities

→Graduate of an accredited Interior Design program or a related design program with bachelor's level degree.
→Registered Interior Designer preferred, but not required
→5-10 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality/ Food & Beverage design/ Multi Family
→Creative, collaborative, and able to thrive in a team atmosphere
→Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, complete sets of drawings for complex projects using required software.
→Strong understanding of building systems and building codes.
→Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
→Demonstrated ability to lead a team of professionals and consultants to meet project objectives on time and within scope and budget.
→Competency in all aspects of design.
→Demonstrated presentation skills.

Directly supervises Designers I and II to include training, leading, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance planning and aiding in problem resolution. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Reports to Principal and TJS Directors.
