Responsibilities

The SaaS Specialist team makes sure customers get real, lasting value out of the CoreWeave SaaS platform — not just at kickoff, but as they scale. You'll work closely with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, and you'll spend real time hands-on with customers: in workshops, in their architecture reviews, and in their toughest integration problems.

About the Role

~1 min read

We're hiring a Specialist Field Engineer, SaaS to help customers get the most out of our platform and to help our own field teams sell and deliver it well. You'll wear a few hats: teacher, builder, and trusted advisor. Some days you're running a workshop that turns a customer's vague idea into a clear technical plan. Other days you're heads-down building a reference architecture or demo that the whole field team can reuse. And sometimes you're the person who steps into a hard customer integration and gets it unstuck.

  • Teach the field team what they need to know — through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, demo guides, and office hours — so they can sell and deliver with confidence.
  • Focus your time on what matters most to the business, by lining up your work with our top product and go-to-market priorities.
  • Design and run hands-on workshops for customers — architecture reviews, feature adoption sessions, and post-sale planning — that leave them with a clear next step.
  • Build reusable accelerators — reference architectures, sample code, demo environments, integration templates — so good patterns don't have to be reinvented for every customer.
  • Jump into high-priority customer engagements when deep, hands-on technical work is needed to unblock a deal or prove out a workflow.
  • Contribute directly to the product — examples, integrations, demo apps, internal tools, docs, and the occasional bug fix — through the normal engineering review process.
  • Help customers design, test, and troubleshoot integrations with the SaaS platform — APIs, data flows, identity and access, and third-party systems — and feed what you learn back into better docs and accelerators.
  • 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, field engineering, or similar).
  • Comfortable in Python and confident writing and reading code with customers watching.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
  • Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure); comfortable across more than one is even better.
  • Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments day to day.
  • Strong communicator — you can explain a technical idea clearly to an engineer and just as clearly to a customer executive.
  • Good at breaking down a messy, open-ended problem into a clear plan, working closely with the customer along the way.
  • Able to juggle multiple customers and priorities without dropping the ball, even when things move fast.

Requirements

  • Background in MLOps or LLMOps, or building ML/AI pipelines end to end.
  • Experience with GenAI tooling and working with LLMs.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline tools and common integration patterns (identity/access, third-party systems, data flows).
  • A track record of shipping reusable technical assets — sample code, demo apps, internal tools — that other engineers picked up and used.
