Responsibilities

CoreWeave is seeking an exceptional Regional Director, Revenue Operations — EMEA to serve as the operational leader of our revenue engine across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Revenue Operations and serving as the strategic operational partner to the VP & Managing Director, EMEA, you will both help shape CoreWeave’s global revenue operations operating model and drive its performance in EMEA — working shoulder-to-shoulder with the global Centers of Excellence to build the standards, systems, and frameworks, then bringing them to life in-region to deliver predictable, efficient, and accelerated growth. Your mandate is to make the operating model deliver market-commanding performance in EMEA while ensuring the region’s realities shape what “global” means.

This is a pivotal moment for CoreWeave, as we scale our revenue operations infrastructure to support our trajectory as a newly public AI hyperscaler. You will bring enterprise-grade operational rigor to the region while maintaining the startup mindset, agility, and innovation that defines CoreWeave. As a senior voice within global RevOps and a leader on the EMEA field team, you will operate as a peer to the Centers of Excellence — co-designing the global operating model, championing its adoption across the EMEA field, and ensuring the region has the insights and execution to achieve its ambitious revenue targets.

  • Strategic Business Partnering: Serve as the strategic operational partner to the VP & Managing Director, EMEA and regional go-to-market leadership, providing data-driven insights, scenario modeling, and operational recommendations that inform strategic decisions across the region.
  • Regional Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Apply the global forecasting methodologies and revenue analytics frameworks to give regional leadership accurate, real-time visibility into EMEA pipeline health, revenue performance, and growth trajectories across segments, products, and geographies.
  • Regional Operating Rhythms: Build and run the region’s operating cadence — QBRs, business reviews, and performance reviews presided over by the VP & Managing Director, EMEA — anchored to a common global operating-rhythm framework and extended with the regional reviews and nuances EMEA requires, orchestrating the agenda, insights, and follow-through that instill discipline, drive accountability, and deliver over-achievement of results across the EMEA field.
  • Global COE Partnership: Partner as a peer with the global RevOps Centers of Excellence (Planning, Process & Automation, Readiness, Deal Strategy) to co-design the global operating model, bringing EMEA’s perspective to shape the standards, systems, and frameworks the region will run on.
  • Global Deal Framework Influence: Feed EMEA customer feedback, market trends, currency, and legal nuance into the global deal framework — pricing, commercial, and contract standards owned by Deal Strategy & Execution — to shape worldwide pricing and commercial strategy.
  • Global Field Initiatives Rollout & Adoption: Lead the EMEA rollout and adoption of global initiatives across every RevOps Center of Excellence — including Field Planning & Performance (quota, compensation, and territory rollouts), Field Readiness (training, enablement, and certification programs), and Field Process & Automation (process, systems, and AI) — driving change management and adoption that streamline regional operations so the sales organization can focus on selling, ensuring consistency with worldwide standards while respecting local market nuance.
  • Region-Specific Initiatives & Programs: Design and drive region-specific initiatives and programs that address the unique dynamics of the EMEA market.
  • 15+ years in field/revenue/sales operations, with experience as a regional business partner to senior field leadership.
  • Proven success operating across EMEA markets, managing complexity across multiple geographies, currencies, and time zones.
  • Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and operating-rhythm discipline in high-growth B2B technology.
  • CRM fluency and comfort with revenue intelligence and analytics tooling; able to turn data into regional insight.
  • Track record driving adoption of global programs at the regional level through strong change management.
  • Commercial and deal fluency — experience partnering with Finance on forecasting and with sales leadership on commercial proposals, approvals, and negotiation strategy — with the credibility to influence global pricing and commercial standards from a regional seat.
  • Cloud infrastructure or AI/ML market experience preferred; multilingual and cross-cultural fluency a plus.
