From guiding guests through the menu to recommending the perfect food and beverage pairing, you'll anticipate needs, deliver every detail with precision, and ensure each guest feels valued from arrival to departure.   🎤 What You'll Do ✨ Create Memorable Guest Experiences ✅ Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. ✅ Guide guests through the menu with confidence, sharing knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal offerings. ✅ Make thoughtful recommendations and suggest food and beverage pairings, including wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. ✅ Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service without interrupting the dining experience. ✅ Handle special requests and guest concerns with discretion, empathy, and a solutions-focused attitude.   🍷 Bring Your Product Knowledge to the Table ✅ Demonstrate knowledge of menu offerings, wine varietals, regions, vintages, and beverage selections. ✅ Present and pour wine with confidence, following established service standards. ✅ Execute refined dining techniques, including tableside service, coursed meals, proper plate presentation, and wine service, as applicable. ✅ Accurately take and deliver orders while maintaining proper timing and coursing standards. ✅ Follow responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations at all times.   🤘 Keep Service in Perfect Harmony ✅ Collaborate closely with culinary and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless service. ✅ Maintain impeccable table presentation through clearing, resetting, and attentive table maintenance. ✅ Keep service areas clean, organized, and properly stocked throughout each shift. ✅ Follow restaurant policies, service standards, and all applicable safety and sanitation guidelines. ✅ Support fellow Experience Curators and contribute to a culture of teamwork and hospitality.   💎 You're a Great Fit If You... ✨ Have a genuine passion for hospitality, food, and beverage, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences. ✨ Bring previous experience in fine dining, upscale restaurants, or luxury hospitality. ✨ Communicate confidently and professionally, building genuine connections with guests and team members. ✨ Have a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ✨ Know your way around food and beverage pairings, wine service, and elevated dining standards—or are eager to continue developing your expertise. ✨ Remain calm, poised, and professional when the pace picks up. ✨ Take pride in your appearance, professionalism, and commitment to service excellence. ✨ Are flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.   🎓 Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, upscale hospitality, or a similar restaurant environment preferred. Knowledge of food preparation methods, menu ingredients, allergens, wine varietals, and beverage service. Ability to perform elevated dining service techniques and follow established service protocols. Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must obtain and maintain applicable California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification, as required. Must obtain and maintain a valid California Food Handler Card or applicable food safety certification, as required. Ability to follow restaurant service standards, food safety requirements, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.   💪 Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, glassware, and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Manual dexterity and coordination to perform precise food and beverage service techniques.
