Project Engineer

We are assisting our client with a Project Engineer opportunity supporting major infrastructure project delivery. This role will suit a technically strong engineer who can coordinate engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning requirements. Basic Functions Provide engineering leadership and technical project support. Manage engineering deliverables across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Coordinate technical input from multi-disciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and SHEQ requirements. Manage design partners and technical information flow. Support project planning, budgets, timelines, and execution. Review drawings, specifications, and technical project documents. Support procurement, suppliers, and subcontractors from a technical perspective. Requirements National Diploma, B.Tech, B.Eng, or B.Sc. in Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Professional Engineering Technologist registration or higher advantageous. 7+ years’ experience in construction, engineering, or consulting. Experience in electrical, civil, or infrastructure projects. Strong technical, project execution, and engineering standards knowledge. MS Projects, Primavera, Candy, or BuildSmart advantageous. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
