Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 2-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Flutter development and at least one native mobile development platform (Android - Kotlin/Java or iOS - Swift/Objective-C). You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications while leveraging your expertise in native development for optimal performance and seamless integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart).
Utilize native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) skills to optimize Flutter applications for performance and platform-specific features.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create smooth and intuitive mobile experiences.
Implement state management using Bloc, Provider, GetX, Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices and industry standards.
Work with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party services to integrate backend functionality.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across different devices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter SDK updates, native platform changes, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Flutter & Dart.
Strong experience in at least one native mobile platform:
Android (Java/Kotlin) or
iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
Experience with Flutter animations, custom UI components, and native integrations.
Solid understanding of platform-specific SDKs, UI/UX guidelines, and device limitations.
