Beauty Shop Specialist

Position: Beauty Shop Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform a variety of beauty treatments, including hair styling, manicures, pedicures, facials, and makeup application, to our guests onboard the cruise ship

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and stored

- Keep up-to-date with current beauty trends and techniques to provide the best services to our guests

- Educate guests on proper at-home beauty maintenance and recommend products for purchase

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive services

- Collaborate with other onboard departments to coordinate guest appointments and ensure seamless service delivery

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and crew members

- Attend trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in the beauty industry

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Beauty Shop Specialist or similar role

- Certification from a recognized beauty school or institute

- Strong knowledge of various beauty treatments and techniques

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary travel documents

- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus
