Maintenance Technician I - Houston, TX

• →Perform general repairs across multiple sites, including:
• →Drywall, patching, and painting
• →Tiling and basic masonry
• →Shelving and equipment installation
• →Floor repairs and upkeep
• →Exterior maintenance (roofs, gutters, landscaping)

• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems:
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Identify issues early and prevent costly breakdowns

• Travel between multiple sites (number of sites vary by region) throughout the week across the Houston area
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day facility issues
• Partner with internal teams to keep kitchens fully operational

• 2+ years of handyman, maintenance, or facilities experience
• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based role
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• 3+ years of commercial facilities maintenance experience
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, or multi-site environments
• HVAC/R experience or trade school background

• Field-based role across the Greater Houston area
• Local travel between sites (home daily)
• Monday–Friday schedule
• On-call rotation and overtime opportunities

Pay: Ranging from $21.00 - $23.75/hr (based of years of experience).
