The Manager Product Management will provide local management presence for a team of product owners and analysts, strengthening team health, culture, delivery discipline, and product outcomes for assigned products in partnership with Product pillar leaders across Digital Commerce. They will manage products through the lifecycle while building an inclusive, accountable operating model with clear decision rights, strong stakeholder cadence, and a local leadership pipeline for the product organization.

Manages a team of product managers and business analysts, including hiring input, onboarding, coaching, performance management, engagement, direct line leader partnership, and career development.

Owns Product Management team health, operating cadence, and outcomes; sets clear decision rights, escalation paths, and accountability.

Reports product lifecycle, delivery, team health, and risk metrics to Directors and Executives.
- →
Manages product development for assigned products directly or through the team, partnering closely with engineering and global stakeholders.

Builds an inclusive, merit-based culture and develops PM/analyst capability, succession depth, and local leadership bench.

Establishes agile/SDLC discipline, prioritization routines, release readiness, and cross-time-zone communication for Bangalore-based teams.

Partners with product development, marketing, analytics, and HR/Talent partners to incorporate customer needs and people goals into plans.

Develops commercialization and adoption strategies where applicable, including launch readiness, enablement, and change management.

Analyzes product performance, customer feedback, and team operating signals to improve products and ways of working.

Identifies growth opportunities and creates strategic roadmaps while reinforcing shared ownership across PMs, analysts, and engineering.

Provides support and leadership during non-US working hours. Escalates issues and major outages.
Requirements

- Masters Degree in business, technology, or project management concentrations or a related field is preferred
- 5 years of managing teams of product management, business analysts, or other technology professionals is required; 7 years preferred
- 5 years of managing product solution designs and product launch teams is required; 7 years preferred
- 5 years of product management lifecycle management is required; 7 years preferred
- 5 years of creating innovative product management programs and compelling messaging is required; 7 years preferred
- Demonstrated experience to prioritize and multi-task is required
- Demonstrated high level business communication skills (written and verbal) is required
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast paced and dynamic work environment is required
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change for direct and indirect team members is required
- Ability to travel 0-25% of the time
