Responsible for the overall management, coordination, and successful delivery of complex construction activities on a landmark Northern Territory projects.
- Lead the full project lifecycle from planning through to practical completion and handover
- Manage programme, cost, risk, and resource allocation to meet project objectives
- Oversee subcontractor performance including scope, programme, commercial outcomes, and quality
- Provide leadership to site teams, engineers, and supervisors
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management systems
- Manage procurement strategy, contract administration, and variations
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
- Drive reporting, forecasting, and cost control including monthly progress claims and budgets
Previous experience in construction, civil, building or remediation projects
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on site‑based construction projects
- Leadership capability with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proven track record delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Commercially astute with contract and subcontract management experience
- Excellent communication skills with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Proactive, solutions‑focused, and confident managing complex site environments
Requirements
