Currently we have about 500 employees and as we continue to grow, we have the following vacancy for dedicated diligent Tanzanians: Reports to: Administration Assistant Job Summary: The Driver shall be responsible for the efficient and effective performance of duties and responsibilities pertaining to driving in the Administration Department. Duties and Responsibilities: What does your day as a Driver at Rijk Zwaan Tanzania look like? In this position, you are responsible for: Drive Rijk Zwaan vehicles Responsible for safekeeping of the vehicle and tools entrusted to him/her Maintains disciplined behavior and proper conduct in rendering services to his/her assignees Maintains cleanliness of the vehicle and tools Carryout minor mechanical repairs Performs messenger duties such as dispatching documents/letters, collecting mail Maintains logbooks Reports promptly any defect or problems detected in the vehicl Other duties as may be assigned by supervisor. Requirements Qualification & Experience Holder of Form IV/VI Secondary Education with passes in Kiswahili and English. He/She must have a valid Class C Driving License /Drivers Grade II Certificate from recognized Institutions such as NIT or VETA will be an added advantage At least 2 years working experience in a similar field. Background check: A full background check is part of the procedure. Salary Scale: Staff salary rank is according to the Rijk Zwaan Scheme of Services.
