Provides local market product leadership for the West Region. This is an individual contributor position. This role will be accountable for portfolio benefit strategy, design, and execution; development and management of differentiated and tailored portfolio solutions aligned to market opportunities and customer needs
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
- →Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
- →Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
- →Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
- →Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
Requirements
~1 min read- 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management or healthcare benefits within the healthcare industry.
- Medical Benefits Product experience / knowledge
- Must reside Pacific and Mountain Time Zone residents which is priority. May consider Central for stellar candidate.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and business performance
- Demonstrated success influencing up and across a highly matrixed organization
- Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,540.00What We Offer
