Responsibilities

→5+ years’ experience configuring Workday Talent Management & Performance Management product area.
→4+ years’ experience calculated fields, Business Processes and building solutions in Workday.
→4+ years’ experience with strategic planning, delivery, and support of projects and programs.
→3+ years’ experience demonstrating problem solving, solutioning, and decision-making skills.
→3+ years’ experience delivering tracking tools such as Jira.
→3+ years’ experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

Experience configuring Workday Talent including Succession, Potential, Performance and Skills
Familiarity with Workday Extend
Workday Certification preferably in Talent & Performance
Experience in Report writing
Experience with Workday Integrations and Security configurations
Growth mindset

Bachelor's Degree required

The typical pay range for this role is:

$83,430.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
