• This role is responsible for providing overall leadership and strategic direction for project delivery, ensuring projects are executed in line with approved scope, quality standards, budgets, schedules, business objectives, and statutory requirements.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and delivery expectations.
• Drive project strategy, governance, and decision-making to achieve successful project outcomes while managing commercial, technical, and operational risks.
• Monitor project performance against key milestones, budgets, quality benchmarks, and delivery schedules, implementing corrective actions where required.
• Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams and promote a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• →Provide overall leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring successful execution of all project phases in accordance with approved plans and business objectives.
• →Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and contractor performance to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• →Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• →Oversee project governance, quality, safety, statutory compliance, and risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Review project performance reports, forecasts, and key metrics, driving strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree in construction management(preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in project management for large-scale, Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
