• Acts as the Shift Lead, overseeing safe, reliable, and efficient data centre operations during assigned shifts, including after-hours support.
• Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power

• Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution systems) to maintain maximum availability and resilience.
• Lead incident response and escalation management, coordinating cross-functional teams to minimize operational impact and restore services.
• Ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance activities, including safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, testing, and commissioning.
• Manage stakeholder communications and drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• ควบคุมดูแลและบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบไฟฟ้าที่สำคัญ (UPS, เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า, สวิตช์เกียร์, หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า และระบบกระจายกำลังไฟฟ้า)
• นำการปฏิบัติงานประจำกะเพื่อดูแลให้ดาต้าเซ็นเตอร์ทำงานได้อย่างปลอดภัย มีเสถียรภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงการสนับสนุนการทำงานนอกเวลาทำการ
• เฝ้าระวังและบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบไฟฟ้าที่สำคัญ (UPS, เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า, สวิตช์เกียร์, หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า และระบบกระจายกำลังไฟฟ้า) เพื่อรักษาความพร้อมใช้งานและความยืดหยุ่นในการรับมือกับความขัดข้องสูงสุด
• นำการรับมือกับเหตุการณ์ขัดข้องและการส่งต่อเรื่องตามลำดับขั้นตอน (Escalation) โดยประสานงานกับทีมต่างสายงานเพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานให้น้อยที่สุดและฟื้นฟูระบบให้กลับมาบริการได้ตามปกติ
• กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและประสานงานกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษา รวมถึงขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัย ข้อกำหนดของใบอนุญาตเข้าทำงาน (Permit-to-Work) การทดสอบระบบ และการทดสอบเพื่อเปิดใช้งานจริง (Commissioning)
• บริหารการสื่อสารกับผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียและขับเคลื่อนความเป็นเลิศในการปฏิบัติงาน ผ่านการติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน การบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง การวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง (Root Cause Analysis) และแผนงานปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
