Job Description

• Ensure reliable operation of critical mechanical infrastructure including HVAC, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and associated systems.
• Monitor mechanical system performance and conduct troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for mechanical equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for servicing and repair activities.
• Identify opportunities for energy optimization and mechanical system improvements
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and provide technical reports and recommendations.

• ดูแลการทำงานของโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบวิศวกรรมเครื่องกลที่สำคัญให้เป็นไปอย่างมีเสถียรภาพและน่าเชื่อถือ รวมถึงระบบ HVAC, เครื่องทำน้ำเย็น (Chillers), หอระบายความร้อน (Cooling towers), ปั๊มน้ำ และระบบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• เฝ้าระวังประสิทธิภาพของระบบเครื่องกลและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา (Troubleshooting) เพื่อลดระยะเวลาที่ระบบหยุดทำงาน (Downtime) ให้ได้มากที่สุด
• วางแผน ประสานงาน และกำกับดูแลกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive maintenance) และการบำรุงรักษาแก้ไข (Corrective maintenance)
• สนับสนุนการรับมือกับเหตุการณ์ขัดข้องและการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง (Root cause analysis) เมื่อเกิดความเสียหายกับอุปกรณ์ระบบเครื่องกล
• กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามขั้นตอนการบำรุงรักษา ข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย และมาตรฐานการปฏิบัติงาน
• ประสานงานกับผู้ให้บริการ (Vendors) และผู้รับเหมาสำหรับการเข้าบริการบำรุงรักษาและงานซ่อมแซม
• ค้นหาแนวทางในการประหยัดพลังงาน (Energy optimization) และการปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพของระบบเครื่องกล
• จัดทำและดูแลบันทึกการบำรุงรักษาอย่างถูกต้อง แม่นยำ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานทางเทคนิคและข้อเสนอแนะ
