Working model: Hybrid
Hours: 32 - 40 hours per week
We are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist who will develop and deliver clear, engaging and timely communication across our global organization. You will help employees understand our strategy, priorities and changes, while bringing our culture and values to life through strong internal communication.
Working closely with leaders and teams across the business, you will create content and communication that connects people, supports change and helps turn business priorities into action.
Responsibilities

Develop and deliver our internal communications strategy, creating a clear communication approach and rhythm that brings our business strategy, priorities, culture and values to life for our people.

Translate business priorities and organizational change into clear and engaging communication, helping employees understand where we are going, what it means for them and how they contribute.

Create compelling content and campaigns across our internal channels, from leadership messages and company updates to employee stories, organizational announcements and culture initiatives.

Enable leaders to communicate effectively, supporting the CEO and leadership teams with key messages, town halls, talking points and communication around change or sensitive topics.

Own and continuously improve our internal communication channels and key employee moments, ensuring communication is timely, consistent and relevant across countries, functions and teams.

Strengthen culture and engagement through communication, working closely with the wider People team to reinforce our values, desired behaviors and employee experience.

Listen and measure impact, using employee feedback, engagement insights and communication data to understand what is landing and continuously improve our approach.

Partner with Marketing where internal and external communication connect, including employer branding and supporting the CEO’s LinkedIn communication.
5+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related communications role.
Experience developing and executing internal communication strategies in an international or multi-location organization.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex business topics into clear, engaging and human communication.
Experience with change communications and confidence working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
A creative eye and strong visual communication skills, with the ability to bring messages and campaigns to life.
A data-driven mindset, using employee feedback, engagement insights and communication analytics to understand impact and improve.
A hands-on, proactive approach — comfortable moving from strategy to execution and making things happen.
