Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

 Three (3) years of Asset and maintenance management experience required.

Licenses/Certifications

None

1 Knowledge of Maintenance Management and related methods and procedures.

2 Ability to make good decisions quickly and provide alternate solutions in times of problems.

3 Ability to understand and use of Asset management system software and applications for efficient scheduling and task coordination.

4 Ability to understand maintenance types, and specifications.

5 Communicating effectively orally and in writing.

6 Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
