We're looking for an energetic, approachable and empathetic individual who thrives in a student-focused environment and is passionate about building vibrant communities.

The role also requires evening, weekend and out-of-hours work to support residential programs, events and student needs.
If you're motivated by creating positive student experiences, building community and helping students thrive, this is your opportunity to make a genuine impact every day.
- Support student wellbeing and uphold community standards, helping to create a safe, inclusive and respectful living environment.
- Design and deliver engaging events, programs and campaigns that foster connection, belonging and an exceptional residential student experience.
- Support the recruitment, training and development of Residential Leaders, empowering students to make a positive impact within their community.
- Provide guidance, coaching and support to Residential Leaders, contributing to the delivery of successful programs and positive community outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with students, university stakeholders and community partners to enhance engagement and strengthen the residential experience.
- A degree and relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
- Experience coordinating and delivering programs, events or initiatives that foster engagement, participation and positive community outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and engage effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience providing guidance, support and mentoring to student leaders, volunteers or peer-based teams.
- A genuine passion for student wellbeing, community building and creating inclusive environments where students can thrive.
