Senior Process Engineer (3-month contract)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join a dynamic banking environment and help shape the way business processes operate today — and how they should operate tomorrow.

You'll work closely with business leaders, project teams, technology specialists and other stakeholders to understand the As-Is, design the To-Be, and turn improvement opportunities into practical, measurable solutions.

You'll be at the heart of business improvement, helping teams to:

• →Discover & Diagnose – Analyse existing business processes, identify pain points, inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• →Design the Future – Develop innovative To-Be processes and operating models that improve efficiency, customer experience and business performance.
• →Drive Process Improvement – Lead initiatives that streamline workflows, eliminate unnecessary steps and solve complex business problems.
• →Measure What Matters – Help define meaningful process and performance metrics and establish ways to track improvement.
• →Demonstrate Business Value – Support ROI and business value assessments to ensure improvement initiatives deliver tangible results.
• →Connect the Dots – Conduct value chain and cross-functional process analysis, connecting business strategy to process architecture.
• →Bring People Along – Facilitate workshops, manage stakeholders and support teams through business and operational change.
• →Enable Transformation – Identify training requirements, support change initiatives and develop communication plans to ensure successful adoption.
• →Explore Automation – Understand how BPMS and RPA can be used to automate and improve business processes.
• →Leverage Data – Work with data and technology specialists to understand data flows, transformations, interfaces and information requirements.
• →Bridge Business & Technology – Collaborate with architects, developers and project managers to ensure process requirements translate effectively into technology solutions.
• →Track Progress – Provide clear progress updates and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
• →Manage Risk – Ensure process changes align with relevant policies, controls, regulatory requirements and risk appetite.

We're looking for someone who can think strategically, analyse critically and make things happen.

• 7–10 years' experience in Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence or a related field.
• 3–5 years' management or leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading small-to-medium process and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong experience with BPM and process improvement methodologies.
• Practical Change Management experience.
• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders across different levels.
• The ability to move confidently between business requirements, process design and technology discussions.
• Experience working within complex, collaborative environments, preferably within banking or financial services.

• Lean / Six Sigma – Yellow Belt
• Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
• Business Analysis certification
