Are you a data-driven sports enthusiast ready to build something from the ground up? We are looking for an Affiliate and Search Specialist to accelerate Decathlon’s e-commerce and omni-channel growth in Thailand.
In this role, you will champion new acquisition channels, launch our affiliate program from scratch, and optimize paid media strategies to drive sales, app downloads, and reach new customers across the country.
Responsibilities

- Content Affiliation: Capitalize on the booming Thai social commerce landscape by driving affiliate partnerships with micro/macro creators, notably on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Performance Monitoring: Track ROI, fraud prevention, and commission structures to ensure the channel delivers incremental GMV.
- Commercial Highlights: Manage and optimize paid media investments for key Thai e-commerce moments: Double-Digit shopping festivals (11.11, 12.12), Payday, and Brand Days, in tight collaboration with the Campaign Lead.
- App Acquisition: Lead and implement performance strategies specifically dedicated to driving high-quality mobile App Downloads and in-app conversions.
- Sport-Specific Strategy: In collaboration with the country Media Planner, external agency, and E-Commerce Category Specialists, define and execute deep SEM keyword strategies tailored to specific sports categories.
- SEO/SEA Synergy: Maximize channel complementarity. Identify priority keywords, protect brand equity, and avoid keyword cannibalization to ensure every Baht spent generates incremental GMV.
- Insights to Action: Translate search data into actionable business insights for the E-Commerce Category Specialists to optimize on-site merchandising.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously monitor traffic and paid media performance against KPIs. Suggest agile budget reallocations within or across campaigns.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Analyze the post-click user experience and drive conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Creative Effectiveness: Evaluate how creative assets perform across different audience segments and provide data-backed recommendations to the creative agency.
- Standardization and Automations: Build internal Playbooks and Guidelines. Collaborate with Technical and Data teams to automate reporting and standardize analytics dashboards.
- Proactively investigate and drive paid media innovation.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, SEM, or Affiliate Marketing, ideally within a fast-paced E-commerce or digital agency environment.
- Strong grasp of the Thai affiliate landscape, publisher networks, and social commerce.
- Proven ability in media planning, autonomous budget management, and advanced web analytics.
- Languages: Fluent Thai (essential for local partner negotiations) and professional proficiency in English.
- Bonus: A Master’s degree in Data, Marketing, or Communications.
