Job Description: I am the leader of the operative team. I develop and engage the team to deliver high-quality service that meets customer needs while optimizing costs
Guarantee the performance of services in parameter of loading bay
- Outbound Consolidation & Dispatch: Oversee the daily consolidation of picked items onto pallets, secure final shipment closures, and manage the seamless B2B dispatch flow to retail stores.
- Quality Gatekeeping (Random Checks): Establish and execute a random verification process to intercept upstream picking errors, keeping the outbound defect rate to an absolute minimum before loading.
- "Ready-to-Sell" Store Support: Lead sorting, kitting, and pre-shelving preparation of goods to ensure retail store teams can receive and stock items onto shelves effortlessly and instantly.
- 3PL & Logistics Optimization: Partner directly with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to maximize transport efficiency (pallet utilization) and optimize daily delivery schedules.
- New Store Opening Liaison: Act as the primary contact person for all new store openings, coordinating dedicated delivery waves and managing display fixture logistics.
- Consumables Management: Supervise the tracking, circulation, and inventory control of operational consumables, including pallets and plastic crates.

- Ensure compliance with the internal regulations, safety instructions and legal framework.
- Ensure the continuous operation of the site through secured openings and closings of the warehouse as duty manager.
- Execute crisis management procedures (DRP) and site security measures to ensure business continuity.
- Analyze incidents and implement an action plan for each workplace accident.
- Know the site, the operation of each technical installation, and the location of emergency stops.
Requirements

- Educational background or experience related to logistics and warehouse.
- Have experience of leading a team.
