Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician – Kemps Minneapolis

Starting Wage: $36.25/hour

Schedule: Overnight, 10 hour shift

Monday, Tuesday and Friday, Saturday 5:00PM – 3:30AM.

• →Fix and maintain production and packaging machines
• →Perform regular equipment checks and preventive maintenance
• →Troubleshoot issues to keep lines running and reduce downtime
• →Work on electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, air (pneumatic), and hydraulic systems
• →Help install new equipment
• →Work with operators to solve problems quickly
• →Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• →Complete work orders and document repairs clearly and on time
• →Communicate problems that may affect production
• →Follow all safety, food safety, and company procedures

• Hands-on mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read basic diagrams or work orders
• Strong attention to safety and quality
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
