HVAC Service Technician

Description

You’ll be the face of Diamond in customers’ homes and businesses, bringing technical expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things right. 

Your day may include: 

• →Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems. 
• →Work on a variety of equipment, including RTUs, split systems, boilers, chillers, and more. 
• →Perform inspections and preventative maintenance to keep systems operating safely and efficiently. 
• →Explain problems, solutions, and recommendations to customers in a way they can actually understand. 
• →Complete service tickets, job documentation, and other paperwork accurately and on time. 
• →Follow safety standards, local codes, and company procedures on every job. 
• →Work independently while knowing you have a team behind you when you need it. 
• →Take pride in maintaining your tools, equipment, and company vehicle. 
• →Continue developing your skills through ongoing training, new technology, and certifications. 

We’re looking for more than someone who can turn a wrench. 

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• 2–5 years of HVAC service or maintenance experience 
• HVAC Apprentice Card 
• EPA Certification 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills 

Up to $36/hr + commission
