As a Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in delivering value through strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and procurement excellence. With a strong focus on indirect procurement and shared services, you will lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate complex contracts, and optimize vendor performance to support business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to influence procurement strategy, drive cost efficiencies, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
 

•    Leading strategic sourcing activities for indirect spend categories, with a focus on Shared Services.
•    Negotiating supplier agreements, commercial terms, volume discounts, and long-term contracts.
•    Evaluating supplier proposals and optimizing pricing, service levels, and delivery conditions.
•    Managing the full procurement lifecycle, including purchase orders, contracts, renewals, and compliance activities.
•    Monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvements in quality, cost, and service delivery.
•    Resolving contract, delivery, and vendor-related issues while escalating complex matters when required.
•    Identifying new suppliers and sourcing opportunities in partnership with key stakeholders.
•    Supporting tender processes and preparing bid documentation as needed.
 

  • Minimum 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably within indirect procurement categories.
  • Proven experience negotiating supplier and service contracts, ideally within Shared Services.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor performance management.
  • Good business English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Diploma or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Experience working within an international or matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and procurement best practices.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
