Basic Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills, strong ability to work as part of a team, highly effective communication skills, solution oriented-critical-forward thinking are required for this position. You must be a self-starting, highly motivated team member committed to personal, company, and project success. This is a full-time position based in our office and will require project-related travel.
This position requires individuals to perform a wide range of duties, including some or all of the following:
Work with senior management/sales to understand the project's scope and report progress throughout durations.
Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards according to company policies and contract specifications.
Work with the project team to define the activities needed to complete the project.
Determine the resources required to complete the project and the requisite supplies, materials, and subcontractors needed to complete the project.
Create and review project schedules with senior management and other staff affected by project activities, revising the schedule as needed.
Work with the superintendent and foreman to plan, organize, and direct activities concerning site construction projects.- Discuss matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Maintain liaison with clients and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
Monitor and control projects through administrative direction to ensure completion of projects within schedule and budget.
Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures after conferring with senior management.
Represent the company in project meetings and attend strategy meetings.
Work with the Contract Administrator to manage the financial aspects of contracts, protecting the company’s interests and maintaining good relationships with clients and subcontractors/vendors.
Formulate reports concerning work in progress, costs, and scheduling.

College Degree or equivalent
Trade school training or equivalent- 7-10+ years of project management in the construction industry
