Position Summary: Supports new and existing clients in the set up and use of purchased software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engaging client

• Managing benefit implementation phase with DP expertise

• Tests and troubleshoots final system setup

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Client service and client account management

• Project management

• HRIS

• Payroll and benefit subject matter knowledge and systems experience

• Analytical skills

• Time management

• Excellent written and verbal communications

Education & Experience:

• Associate's degree or 3+ years related experience

• Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

• Moderate concentration/intensity, which includes prolonged mental effort.

• Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

• May occasionally move objects up to 20lbs. throughout the office.
