Do you enjoy bringing people together around a common goal and creating clarity when projects become complex? Are you energized by turning big ideas into actionable plans, building strong partnerships, and helping teams achieve results?

The Denver Museum of Nature & Science is seeking a Project Manager II to lead complex, cross-functional projects that advance the Museum's mission and strategic priorities. This role works across departments, partnering with leaders, cross-functional teams, contractors, designers, and technologists to guide projects from concept to completion while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

In this role, you will help transform ideas into reality by developing complex project schedules, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing schedule and budgetary impacts, and keeping teams focused on shared outcomes. Your projects may involve multiple departments, competing priorities, and a wide variety of stakeholders, requiring both strong project management expertise and exceptional relationship-building skills.

We're looking for someone who thrives in complexity, communicates with confidence and empathy, and can balance attention to detail with a clear understanding of the bigger picture. Success in this role comes from helping others succeed, building trust across the organization, and creating an environment where projects move forward with purpose and clarity. If you're passionate about leading meaningful work that has a lasting impact on the Museum, this may be the opportunity for you.
