We’re hiring a Senior Digital Construction Project Engineer to serve as the leading role in the implementation of digital construction systems through the entire project lifecycle. The role is critical to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration on projects through mentorship, and communication with the internal team and external stakeholders. This position requires experience and understanding of most all technologies and processes within current digital construction systems. The successful outcome for a Sr. Digital Construction Project Engineer is the holistic development and integration of digital construction systems on assigned projects and the resultant added-value to a project’s timeline, estimate and growth of project team members in the process

Responsibilities

To be successful as a Dowbuilt Senior Digital Construction Project Engineer, you’ll need:

→5+ years’ experience in residential design and/or construction
→2+ years of experience delegating tasks to a team
→5+ years of Revit use in a professional setting
→2+ years of Rhino experience
→1+ year experience with Grasshopper, Dynamo or Python scripting languages and processes
→Adobe Creative Suite
→Microsoft Suite

→Demonstrate mentorship, guidance and leadership with multiple reports and positive feedback.
→Demonstrate dependability by arriving on time every day ready to work through the end of the day.
→Demonstrate discretion and treat all proprietary company information as strictly confidential outside (and in some cases inside) the company
→Review and develop this document annually, or as needed.
→The ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen
→US Work Authorization

Preferred Education, Experience and Competencies:

→Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
→Faro 3D Scanning, Faro As-built Software, and point-cloud handling knowledge
→Smartsheet proficiency
