Responsibilities

→ Encourages team to make and meet execution commitments and removes impediments to the team.
→ Encourages the team to establish and adhere to quality standards.
→ Facilitates team ceremonies – Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Retrospectives to guide work execution & Continuous Improvement.
→ Implements effective backlog management; Keep the status of all work up to date in the backlog through backlog grooming in order to generate standard metrics to improve team performance.
→ Collaborates with the Staff Development Manager, Product Owner, System Architect and Delivery Team to establish and update Working Agreements on execution plans, priorities, capacity, definition of ready, definition of done.
→ Collaborates with Release Train Engineer in Scrum of Scrum and helps to facilitate PI planning.
→ Facilitates skills assessment activities (i.e. “Skills Bingo”) to ensure team is prepared for work commitments.
→ Ensures Azure DevOps (ADO) Core Fields are completed.
→ Incident Management – keep track of aging tickets and help team resolve incidents timely
→ Coordinates team building activities.
