About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer to join our BizDevOps team. This is a technical development and engineering role. You will design, write, test, and maintain code for SAP HCM systems.

Your primary focus will be full-stack development - building frontend SAP Fiori/UI5 applications and developing backend ABAP/OData logic. You will also provide technical support, debugging, and code adjustments for SAP HCM Payroll (PY) and Time Management (TM). Occasional travel (up to 5 times per year). We are looking for a proactive, solution-oriented individual who is passionate about helping organizations optimize their human resources processes.

Understanding business requirements and turning them into working SAP solutions.
Developing and enhancing SAP Fiori applications that are user-friendly and reliable.
Building and optimizing ABAP programs and OData services to meet business needs.
Maintaining stable integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and external systems.
Analyzing and fixing complex issues in Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
Implementing payroll changes and ensuring accurate payroll processing, especially during year-end activities.
Managing automated jobs, testing changes, and deploying developments without disrupting production systems.

5+ years of SAP development experience, including designing, developing, and supporting SAP applications.
Strong technical knowledge of SAP HCM modules, especially Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll (PY), and Time Management (TM).
Strong SAPUI5 and JavaScript skills for building and enhancing modern SAP Fiori applications.
Advanced OO-ABAP development expertise, including BAdIs, User Exits, BAPIs, custom reports, and enhancements.
Experience developing OData services and integrating front-end and back-end SAP components.
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments, using Jira and Confluence for development, testing, and deployment activities.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in English within international teams.
