Machine Shop Operations Manager

• →Experienced and skilled in working within a multi-disciplined team environment
• →Working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• →Expert Knowledge of shop practices required.
• →Experience with Mastercam preferred. Knowledge & understanding of CNC software tools and machine code (G code) is required.
• →Computer skills (especially Microsoft Office)
• →Detail oriented
• →Strong Communication skills and ability to motivate others
• →Strong problem-solving ability and independent decision making skills

• Minimum 10 years experience in CNC machine trades, preferably in a job-shop environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• CNC machining and programming experience preferred. Mastercam software experience preferred.
• Will work on government contracts.
• HS degree or equivalent required.
• Post high school degree or apprentice program completion preferred but not required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
