Events Coordinator

This is a central, high-impact role, planning and delivering community-driven events, industry conference activations and brand experiences that connect players, creators and community worldwide, as we move at speed with bold ambition.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Own end-to-end coordination of assigned events, managing timelines, run-of-show documents and delivery checklists across multiple activations at once
- →Coordinate booth logistics including floor space, furniture, branding, AV and on-site production, and manage setup through pack-down
- →Source, brief and manage external vendors and suppliers, negotiating costs and tracking purchase orders and invoices to deliver within budget
- →Partner with Design on booth creative and signage, align with Marketing's campaign calendars, and coordinate with Legal on venue and vendor agreements
- →Keep stakeholders informed with clear updates on event status, risks and outcomes
- →Plan community-facing activations, including experiential moments, competitions and giveaways that bring Easygo's brand to life
- →Compile post-event reports covering attendance, budget reconciliation and key learnings, and identify ways to improve delivery over time
- 2+ years in events coordination, production or a similar operational role
- Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and confidence picking up new tools quickly (Easygo's events workflow runs on Jira and Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and Canva and Figma)
- Experience sourcing, briefing and managing external suppliers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing event budgets and PO processes
- Comfortable working across teams and with senior stakeholders
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Nice to Have

- Experience coordinating logistics for events across multiple regions or time zones
- Basic proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with campaign management or digital marketing workflows
