Who we are

And that's how we can efficiently solve complex energy and decarbonization challenges in the built environment. Here are some of the projects we've been working on recently in the US: San Diego Padres Stadium, Con Edison: Utility Thermal Energy Network; Museum of Arts and Design.
- Act as the single point of ownership for assigned projects, leading both project and design management
- Serve as lead engineer, managing project timelines, workstreams, budgets, and mentor junior team members while ensuring effective collaboration with MEP firms and client stakeholders
- Review and enhance MEP drawings and designs to optimize system performance and reduce project cost
- Gather and analyze client energy bills to identify potential energy savings based on current energy rates and the building’s energy use intensity (EUI)
- Analyze mechanical/ electrical/ control drawings and perform site surveys to understand the operation of the building
- Develop energy conservation measures based on clients’ needs and financial parameters
- Develop and perform calculations using a combination of software and simulations of potential energy savings from the proposed design
- Select equipment based on energy performance
- Prepare project construction budgets and develop financial models
- Provide technical assistance to the Construction Manager during the construction phase of the project
- Monitor project performance to ensure attainment of anticipated energy savings
- End-to-end project ownership: take full accountability of projects from design to delivery and completion, with the autonomy to make decisions and see the results of your designs come to life

- Annual base salary, approximately $100,000 – $140,000, based on location and experience, with annual reviews to stay market-competitive US
