Everforth ECS is seeking a Program Manager who lives in close proximity to the Fort Meade area to join a premier, enterprise-scale cybersecurity program supporting a major federal Department of War agency.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000
This critical program provides defensive cyber capabilities to the entire DoW enterprise. As a leader on this program, you will ensure the protection of highly sensitive DoW data and assets and be at the forefront of modernizing the agency's defensive cyber capabilities, implementing critical protections and driving advanced automation initiatives to stay ahead of persistent threats.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Serves as the Program Manager for the complex Web Content Filtering task order and works closely with the Government Program Manager, Lead Engineer, and Contracting Officer Representative in the accomplishment of the program’s mission.
- →Plans, organizes, coordinates, tracks and reports on the full project lifecycle for cybersecurity technology initiatives, including planning, design, development, testing, and implementation to meet defined requirements.
- →Oversees projects from initiation through closeout, encompassing all phases: planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and formal closeout.
- →Adjusts resources to meet time sensitive requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- →Identifies project needs and aligns resources (personnel, tools, budget, etc.) required to ensure successful program execution.
- →Develops detailed project plans and schedules that define major tasks, milestones, resource requirements, and deliverables based on scope, budget, and personnel.
- →Monitors program and schedule performance across multiple on-going tasks, identifies potential risks and delays, analyzes impacts to program objectives, and develops and provides timely recommendations and mitigation strategies to leadership.
- →U.S. Citizenship required.
- →10+ years of experience supporting large-scale Information Technology (IT) programs as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager.
- →Hybrid but within close proximity to Fort Meade, MD.
- →Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Planner, including developing, maintaining, and updating integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- →Proven ability to collaborate with and communicate across diverse teams, including internal delivery teams, external service providers, and subcontractors, to define scope, schedule, cost, and quality management plans.
- →Demonstrated experience in executing, monitoring, and managing projects to successful, high-quality and on-budget completion.
- →Experience managing large-scale federal Information Technology programs.
