Element has an opportunity for a Driver/Shipping Receiving Coordinator to be a part of the transportation department whose primary responsibility will be aiding in logistics and operation.

Salary: $21- $24/hr DOE 

• →Deliver and Collect Samples.
• →Receive samples into LIMS system.
• →Manage the shipping and receiving dock. Ship packages via Fed Ex, UPS, etc...
• →Ensure vehicles are well maintained.
• →Maintain logs and documents related to the vehicle and it Maintenace.
• →Ensure maintenance is performed on the vehicles.ability to lift packages up to 50lbs.

This is a fast-paced environment, and we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated and a team player. The person for this role will be a specialist in their field, respected by all who they work with, keen to learn and enthusiastic in the face of challenge. You Will:

• Have valid light vehicle driving license
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Work environment involves some exposure to physical risks, such as operating heavy equipment or working with chemicals
• Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and / or loud noises

This position requires access to export-controlled commodities, technical data, technology, software, and services. U.S. citizenship, U.S. legal permanent resident status, protected person status under 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), or U.S. Government export authorization is required. Any offer of employment is contingent upon the employer obtaining the necessary export authorization, including, if required, an export license from the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security, the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Defense Trade Controls, or other applicable government agency.
