High school diploma or general education degree GED equivalent 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in produce, food manufacturing, or packaging environments. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities

- →Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules.
- →Coordinate with production, packaging, and shipping teams to meet customer requirements.
- →Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order documentation.
- →Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- →Monitor order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- →Assist with invoicing, documentation, and reporting as required.
Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in produce, food manufacturing, or packaging environments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
This position operates in an office environment within a produce packaging facility and requires regular coordination with warehouse and production teams.
