Responsibilities

→Perform visual and dimensional inspections to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
→Identify non-conforming products requiring rework and verify corrective actions.
→Accurately complete and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
→Monitor, track, and report rework and scrap data.
→Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
→Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
→Lead the team by maintaining strong communication, supporting team members, and addressing productivity or operational issues as they arise.
