Head of Quality and Sustainability Management

As Head of Quality & Sustainability Management, you will lead and develop Icomera’s Process, Quality & Environmental function. You will be responsible for ensuring that our business processes, products, services and management systems support customer satisfaction, compliance, operational efficiency, environmental performance and continuous improvement.

You will own and develop Icomera’s Quality and Environmental management systems, including our work relating to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. You will also coordinate our broader sustainability agenda, bringing together environmental activities, data, KPIs and reporting with sustainability work led by relevant specialists across the organization.

This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You will lead an international team of three direct reports and collaborate closely with senior leadership and colleagues in Sustainability, Finance, HR and IT, as well as stakeholders across Equans. You will influence without relying solely on formal authority, turn complex requirements into practical ways of working and help colleagues understand the business value of structured quality and process management.

A key part of your mission will be to support Icomera’s ongoing transformation from predominantly manual process management towards modern, data-driven and AI-enabled ways of working. You will explore and implement effective tools for document, deviation and process management while ensuring that automation and AI are used responsibly, transparently and in line with relevant quality, risk, information security and compliance requirements.

• →Lead, support and develop the Quality & Environment team, setting clear objectives and creating an inclusive environment that encourages collaboration, learning and ownership.
• →Own and continuously improve Icomera’s Quality and Environmental management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance, audits, management reviews, corrective actions and risk management.
• →Define and implement quality, environmental and process-management strategies that support customer satisfaction, operational performance, compliance and sustainable business development.
• →Establish clear KPIs, targets and action plans for quality, environmental and process performance, assign ownership, monitor progress and provide regular, data-driven reporting to senior management.
• →Drive the digitalization of processes and management systems by identifying and introducing suitable IT solutions, automation and responsible AI-enabled ways of working.
• →Coordinate environmental and sustainability data, objectives, improvement activities and reporting, while partnering across Icomera and Equans to align expectations and translate requirements into effective local practices.

• Proven experience leading quality, process or environmental management in a complex organisation, preferably within technology, software, product development or a related industry.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, including management systems, management reviews, internal or external audits, findings and corrective actions.
• Previous people-management experience, with the ability to provide direction, develop team capability and create a collaborative and supportive working environment.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders, leading cross-functional change and turning governance or compliance requirements into practical, value-adding ways of working.
• A relevant university degree, or equivalent education and professional experience within quality, environmental management, sustainability, engineering, technology or business processes.
• Fluency in spoken and written English, as the role operates in an international environment

• Knowledge of ISO 27001, information security or governance relating to responsible AI.
• Auditor training or certification, with experience planning or conducting management-system audits.
• Experience using Lean, Six Sigma, ITIL or similar continuous-improvement frameworks.
• Experience coordinating sustainability reporting, environmental data, KPIs or management reporting.
• Experience introducing digital process-management tools, automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Swedish language skills.

You are comfortable working across organisational boundaries, balancing different perspectives and making well-reasoned decisions in a changing environment.

You create clarity without adding unnecessary bureaucracy. With curiosity about technology and modern ways of working, you can identify where data, digital tools, automation and responsible AI can simplify processes and generate measurable value. You also recognise the importance of governance, transparency and sound risk management when introducing new technology.
