  Clean assigned guest rooms/suites thoroughly and efficiently according to hotel S.O.P.'s.

  Sanitize bathrooms, bedrooms, and sitting areas to resort standards.

• →

  Make beds with clean linen and refresh towels and amenities daily.

• →

  Dust furniture and surfaces, vacuum floors, clean mirrors, and wipe down doors.

• →

  Replace amenities, literature, and items as required.

• →

  Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays, and replace liners as needed.

• →

  Remove trays, dishes, and glassware from rooms.

• →

  Check and restock closets with hangers and laundry bags.

• →

  Promptly respond to guest requests for service or items.

• →

  Handle and return lost items to the housekeeping department.

• →

  Communicate room status updates and report any maintenance issues.

• →

  Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure safe use.

  Complete all room assignments and check in with supervisors before end of shift.

  Assist in preventive deep-cleaning programs as scheduled.

• →

  Attend required housekeeping meetings and training sessions.

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience in a commercial or hospitality setting.

• Hotel experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Good communication skills and a professional, guest-focused attitude.

• Ability to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods.
