Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) ingénieur(e) sénior en conception avancée pour rejoindre une équipe dynamique responsable de la conception de l’aéronef régional EVIO 810. Ce rôle offre une occasion unique de contribuer à un produit novateur, en mettant à profit votre expertise en conception tout au long des différentes phases, jusqu’à la certification et au maintien en service.

Sommaire du poste

Relevant du responsable des structures et de la conception, l’ingénieur(e) sénior en conception avancée jouera un rôle clé au sein d’une équipe d’ingénierie visant à développer un concept d’aéronef durable de nouvelle génération.

Ce poste s’adresse à une personne qui apprécie à la fois le développement technique et la résolution de problèmes dans un environnement dynamique et en évolution rapide.

Le candidat idéal possède de solides compétences techniques et une bonne connaissance des exigences réglementaires applicables aux aéronefs de type Part 25 (FAA / TCCA). Il doit démontrer une expérience réussie en modélisation de concepts, en amélioration continue des designs, en audit et en mise en place de processus de libération de conception, tant pour des structures métalliques que composites.

Il s’agit d’un rôle à fort impact, avec une influence sur l’exécution technique, la stratégie de programme et la collaboration avec les fournisseurs.

Responsabilités principales

Leadership technique et conception

• Diriger le développement de concepts et de conceptions préliminaires d’aéronefs, incluant les architectures structurelles, les interfaces, les surfaces et l’intégration des systèmes
• Participer activement à la définition des configurations, aux études de faisabilité et au dimensionnement des structures primaires et secondaires
• Participer et animer les revues de conception, et contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et méthodologies
• Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour assurer la faisabilité, la manufacturabilité et la conformité réglementaire
• Établir les meilleures pratiques, flux de travail et standards de modélisation pour les équipes structures et systèmes
• Préparer des rapports techniques, présentations et documentation pour communiquer l’avancement des travaux
• Planifier les tâches et assurer le suivi auprès de la direction à l’aide d’outils de gestion de projet

Collaboration interfonctionnelle

• Agir comme représentant technique clé lors des revues de programme, interactions clients et collaborations fournisseurs
• Travailler étroitement avec les équipes d’aérodynamique, propulsion, stockage d’énergie, avionique et ingénierie des systèmes afin d’assurer une approche technique intégrée

Processus, normes et certification

• Contribuer aux standards d’ingénierie, aux revues techniques, au contrôle de configuration et à la planification de la certification (Part 25/33)

Qualifications

Expérience

• 10 à 15+ années d’expérience en aérospatiale (OEM ou environnement équivalent)
• Solide base en conception aéronautique : aérodynamique, propulsion, matériaux et certification (Part 23/25)
• Maîtrise des logiciels CAO (CATIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE, NX)
• Expérience avec des outils de simulation (ANSYS, MATLAB, NASTRAN)
• Expertise en matériaux métalliques et composites et leurs procédés de fabrication
• Excellentes compétences en modélisation de surfaces avancées
• Solides aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et pensée critique
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
• Rigueur, souci du détail et orientation vers des résultats de haute qualité

Expertise technique

• Connaissance des normes et réglementations (FAA, TCCA, EASA)

Compétences en leadership

• Capacité démontrée à contribuer à des équipes d’ingénierie performantes

Formation

• Diplôme avancé en génie aérospatial ou aéronautique (ou expérience équivalente)

We are seeking a Senior Advanced Design Engineer to be part of a dynamic team responsible for leading the activities in the design of EVIO’s 810 regional aircraft. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of this exciting new product by bringing his design experience in supporting the different design phases up to certification and sustainment, and contribute to our efforts in this exciting and challenging endeavor.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of Structures & Design, the Senior Advanced Design Engineer will use his/her strong track record of experience and be an integral part of an engineering team capable of developing an advanced, groundbreaking, sustainable airplane concept. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical development and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced working environment.

We are seeking an individual with strong technical skills and familiar with civilian compliance regulations for Part 25 aircraft (FAA/TCCA). The candidate must show a successful track record in modelling concepts, refining them, auditing, and capturing design release processes and methods for various applications using both metallic and advanced composite materials. This is a high-impact position with influence across technical execution, program strategy, and supplier collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Design Engineering

• Lead the development of conceptual and preliminary aircraft designs focused on structural architectures, interfaces, surfacing and systems integration.
• Use his/her knowledge and experience to play an integral part in performing design layouts for sizing for a variety of configurations and trade studies for primary and secondary structures.
• Participate in and lead design reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design feasibility, manufacturability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Establish best practices, workflows, and modelling standards for the structures and systems teams.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate design concepts and progress to the EVIO team.
• Ability to schedule tasks and provide status to upper-level management using the latest project tools.

Qualifications

Experience

• 10- 15+ years in aerospace within an aircraft OEM or equivalent environment, with a strong foundation in aerospace engineering principles and aircraft designs, including aerodynamics, propulsion, materials, and certification of Part 23/25 aircraft.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA V5, 3Dexperience, NX) and familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB, NASTRAN).
• Strong experience in materials (metallic and composite) and manufacturing techniques that supports the best approach for design to manufacturing.
• Strong advanced surface modeling for conceptual layouts capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards tackling engineering challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
