Operations Manager - Behavioral Health

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare leadership or clinical healthcare field

OR

• Associate’s degree in nursing and ability to obtain bachelor’s degree within 3 years from date of hire

• 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting or completion of administrative fellowship through Essentia Health fellowship program

• →Manages fill rates, physician and advanced practice provider schedules and templates daily

• →Provides coaching, feedback and ensures development conversations are completed for all members of the team
• →Serves as escalation point for patient access to care
• →Participates in PDSA's and other improvement activities
• →Provides input into long-range financial planning, program development and capital planning process

This is a fully onsite position with travel required to the locations below. This individual will have a primary office location in Fargo, though we would be open to a candidate sitting out of Bismarck.
