Core Operations Senior Supervisor.Network Management

To supervise the voice core domain and services across CS Core networks, User Data management systems and IMS network; in order to guarantee high level of availability, reliability and efficiency.

• →Supervise core network support function; SW upgrades, CSR handling with vendor and applying of remedies & permanent fixes.
• →Supervise Core network configuration function; optimization actions, new features introduction, new products & services launching, charging scenarios, implementation procedures and roaming definitions.
• →Supervise troubleshooting of escalated complaints & trouble tickets affecting customer experience and failing roaming scenarios.
• →Anritsu network monitoring system administration and configuration, in addition to Control administration of users privileges across core nodes and Anritsu.
• →Pre-activation of new pre-paid and post-paid voice and data consumer lines, along with voice & M2M corporate lines and MNP configuration on core network different data bases, including services provisioning (Like RBT, Wifi calling and LTE) as per commercial requirements, in addition to recycling and reconciliation activities.
• →Integration & testing of interconnecting routes & signaling links with mobile & fixed operators, in addition to bearer conversions to new technologies in compliance with accounting/charging techniques.
• →IMS networks & services support & configuration (for any launched service like fixed, Wi-Fi calling, VoLTE, unified communications, RCS, or else); optimization actions, new features introduction, charging scenarios, and implementation procedures.

• Bachelor Degree of Electrical & Communication Engineering.
• 6-8 years of experience in mobile operators/vendors, with proficiency in core networks.
• High exposure to User Data Management systems.
• Familiar with IMS network.
• Solid signaling background.
• Using and administering network monitoring systems.
• GSM/WCDMA/LTE networks tarinings is a plus.
• Multi-vendors experience
