• →Vocational and/or Technical Education Preferred

• 3+ years of banking, financial services, or operations experience.
• Knowledge of consumer account operations, risk, controls, and quality standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with the ability to resolve issues independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• 5+ years of banking operations experience, preferably within Deposit, Consumer, or Account Operations.
• Experience serving as a subject matter expert (SME), team lead, or mentor.
• Experience with audit support, quality control, operational risk, reconciliations, or data integrity reviews.
• Experience supporting training, documentation, UAT testing, or process improvement initiatives.
