PT - Food & Beverage Attendant (Food Hall & Outlets)

• → Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests service needs, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• →Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
• →Follow
• →Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
• →Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines
• →Expedite guest orders from Props Pizza, That’s a Wrap, and/or Craft Burgers.
• →Ensure proper guest service and order accuracy.
• →Ensure Food & Beverage products are visually presentable and consistent.
• →Speak with others using clear and professional language.
• →Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• →Ensure consistent cleanliness of guest facing areas as well as service stations.
• →Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures, and complete safety training and certifications.
• →Verify the legal drinking age of guests and refuse service to those who are underage or intoxicated.
• →Recognize signs of intoxication and handle situations appropriately.
• →Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• →Assist with restocking of Grab & Go items as well as guest supplies.
• →Engage in a positive guest focused environment.
• →Perform all other duties as required.

• 2 years of hospitality and food handling, customer service focus
• Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of performing the role in a busy work environment.
• Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines.
• Proficient in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.).

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach.
• Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
