About the Role
~2 min readReporting to the Lead, Talent Acquisition Marketing, the Advisor, Talent Acquisition Marketing is responsible for developing and executing recruitment marketing strategies that attract and engage top talent. In this role, you will partner closely with talent acquisition, human resources, corporate communications, and external vendors to strengthen EVR’s employer brand, promote career opportunities, and create compelling content that showcases our culture, values, and employee experience.
To succeed in this role, you are a creative, proactive, and results-oriented professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. You excel at managing multiple priorities, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating across teams to deliver impactful outcomes.

- Undergraduate degree in relevant subject area within Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of work experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing and recruitment trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills
- Experience with recruitment technologies, ATS, CRM and analytics tools is preferred
